In the shadow of Ben Lawers the reservoir is frozen solid by the harsh winter of 2010. Constructed in the 1950’s the dam holds water back which is released via pressurised pipelines to the power station in the valley below.
This frame is shot on 5×4 negative with an exposure of over 1 hour.
