Transforming India’s Green Revolution by Research and Empowerment for Sustainable food Supplies (TIGR2ESS) is a new Global Challenges Research Fund award to support cutting-edge research and innovation addressing the global issues faced by developing countries. Tigr2ess is a large-scale project drawing together partners from research, industry, government and NGOs in the UK and India.

In collaboration with  the Tigr2ess Team, Toby Smith will be contributing photography and video work to support both the public and internal communication needs.     This will include documentary photography across laboratory work and field-trips for web usage, reporting and press usage. In parallel a series of short-form video interviews will introduce staff, scientists, the different flagship projects, methodologies and document progress.
